The company during a Tuesday event officially announced the launch date of its new streaming service, Apple TV+. One of the early heavy-hitters for Apple is The Morning Show, a drama about a morning news show starring Jennifer Aniston, Steve Carrell, and Reese Witherspoon.

Apple said that the first shows available on Apple TV+ will launch on November 1 and will be in more than 100 countries. To save money, up to six family members can share one Apple TV+ subscription through Family Sharing on a primary account.

As if there wasn't enough to watch on TV already, Apple is throwing its hat into the streaming wars this fall, with a roster of original programs it hopes will lure viewers away from Netflix and other competitors.

The group said the new iPad, its most affordable yet, is available to order from today and will be in stores starting Monday, September 30.

Apple TV+ will go up in opposition to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and a variety of different streaming opponents together with Disney+, additionally launching this November, and WarnerMedia's HBO Max.
