On Thursday evening, The Grady Memorial Hospital told that only nine patients came to the hospital, including four in the critical condition, two were in good condition and three of them had minor injuries.
Church education minister Terry Slay told Atlanta station WXIA-TV that the bus was carrying 11th- and 12th-graders, along with adults who were going on an worldwide mission trip.
According to investigators, the bus was in lane 1 and attempted to change to lane 2 when it collided with a Chrysler that was already in lane 2.
Police said the driver of the bus tried to change lanes and collided with another auto. The collision caused the bus driver to steer to the left which caused him to lose control. The upside down bus then slid into the Mercedes that was traveling in the westbound lanes.
"She loved the Lord with a love that was tangible", Harmening's mother said. Their injuries weren't considered life-threatening. However, the NTSB's media relations division said on its official Twitter account early Friday that the federal agency is not investigating the crash.
Cpl Smith said the National Transportation Safety Board is handling the investigation. She says the county is preparing to release an update on the wreck. It was reported by the Associated Press.

Raycom News Network spoke to the pastor of another church in Huntsville who knows several people who were on that bus Thursday when tragedy struck.
The group, mostly members of a student ministry mission, was traveling to the African nation of Botswana on a 10-day missionary trip, church spokesman Frank Rucker told CNN affiliate WAAY-TV.
