A judge in Puerto Rico ordered the arrest of Salvatore Anello on Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, after prosecutors submitted evidence saying that Chloe Wiegand fell from Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas cruise ship when Anello raised her up to an open window.

She fell through a large, open window, landing on the concrete dock below.
He told the BBC in a statement at the time that Chloe's grandfather did not drop her, but she fell from an open pane that should have been closed securely.
"He was extremely hysterical", Chloe's mother Kimberly previously told US Today show.
"There's no doubt this was an accident", Winkleman said.
Anello is being held on $80,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court November 20.
Alan Wiegand, the girl's father, is a police officer in South Bend, Indiana.

He said the cruise line has not given them the chance to watch surveillance video of the incident and that the family intends to file a lawsuit. "Out of respect for their privacy, we do not plan to comment further on the incident".
A representative for the Wiegand family did not immediately respond to a request for more information from NBC News.
The family is blaming Grand Caribbean for the death.
"How about a warning, how about a sign, how about something?" he said at a July press conference.
