Susan Rice, the former National Security Advisor to President Obama, is refusing to testify before a Senate Subcommittee next week on....

Rice was invited to testify only by the Republican chairman of the subcommittee, and not by the top Democrat on the panel, her lawyer said. Rice objected to the fact that she had not received a bipartisan invitation.

While she was national security adviser, Rice requested the unmasking of some names in US intelligence reports. She is uniquely positioned to help us better understand the issues that will be discussed Monday. And he said he wants to learn what she did to unmask identities of Americans.
