Browns expect Brock Osweiler to compete for starting job

The Browns have 11 picks in this draft, which makes a trade up easier to complete. Tampa Bay chose cornerback Vernon Hargreaves at No. 11 and traded the No. 106 pick to the Chiefs, who selected cornerback Eric Murray.

ESPN is reporting that one of the most important questions in the 2017 National Football League draft is whether the Cleveland Browns should pick quarterback Mitchell Trubisky with the No. 1 overall selection. The franchise hopes to have either a 2017 draft pick or 2016 third-rounder Cody Kessler under center in Week 1, yet it isn't out of the question Osweiler could at least nominally be part of the competition for the No. 1 job. Garrett certainly fits the mold of a No. 1 overall player.

Conventional wisdom has Texas A&M phenom Myles Garrett being taken first overall. With the first overall pick and the 12th selection, they can go a number of different ways. The Bears get to kill two birds with one stone, getting a defensive lineman they covet without having to get a rookie. Going up to get the No. 1 quarterback isn't realistic, but if a passer the Chiefs like drops to an attainable range, they're primed to go up and secure the future of the position.

Sashi Brown said he didn't want to get in a habit of trading up to get a player, but didn't rule out doing so. This is after team vice president Sashi Brown shut down the idea of them trading for a quarterback this offseason. A Garrett-and-Trubisky package would be considered a smashing success in Cleveland, where fans treat the event like the Super Bowl they've never gotten.

Dan Patrick said on his radio show, "I'm hearing if you really want Trubisky, you're going to have to go up to 5".

Haden is fully recovered from a serious groin injury that limited him last season and required surgery.

US Bachelor star Chris Soules arrested over fatal vehicle crash
Mosher was reportedly a farmer, like Soules, and a military veteran who lived on his family farm east of Aurora. An ambulance took Mosher to a nearby hospital after the crash and pronounced him dead there.

"But that does not mean that if there was a player there we might not go take a shot". He had an explosive year, but played in a spread offense that will require him to adapt if he's expected to play in Cleveland's system. "The biggest thing is just the accountability thing of calling you out, being in your face, and there's really nothing you can do about it".

Brown admits he's received calls about the top pick, but the Browns have turned them down up to this point and aren't looking to trade.

"We expect Brock to be here", Brown said when asked if Osweiler would be on the team in training camp.

Kiper is quoted as saying he doesn't believe teams have an urgency to keep a high pick in order to draft certain positions in this draft.

"We do think our roster will move in the right direction".
