We'll have to wait one more day to see if James is going to be spending his eighth game of the season on the sidelines, or if the Cavaliers are going to put on a strong fight in order to try and reclaim the number one seed in the Eastern Conference. One of those games going on in the Eastern Conference will be between the Cleveland Cavaliers (51-29) and the Miami Heat (39-41). "We felt the last few years we started off in the playoffs slower because we didn't play and go (hard) our last couple of games".

The Cleveland Cavaliers are playing without starting center Tristan Thompson, who is nursing a thumb injury.

Now, Frye did actually get a decent look up considering the situation. The Raptors aren't listing anyone as out right now, but DeMar DeRozan is battling an illness and listed as questionable.

Unfortunately, the playoffs are where superstars win the games, but it hasn't showed in the win column during the regular season meetings.

Cleveland is tied with the Boston Celtics for the No. 1 seed in the East, his highness King James recent made comments saying that individual regular season games and the top seed in the conference weren't that important to him. Whiteside got his big paws on the dish, and the Heat got a crucial steal to prevent the Cavs from even getting a shot off before the end of regulation.

"It wasn't a foul on my sixth foul", said LeBron James, who fouled out with 1:52 remaining in overtime and the Cavs up by three, for contact with Atlanta's Paul Millsap while jostling for rebounding position.

Cleveland fell to 0-7 on nights when James doesn't play.

United Airlines apologises for dragging passenger off flight, new video emerges
On the bright side, social media won't stop roasting the airline with glorious memes and tweets. When no one voluntarily came forward, United selected four passengers at random.

In a year when the Hawks' bench has been middle-of-the-pack, it's a great sign that either Tim Hardaway Jr. or Kent Bazemore has had a good game in every matchup against Cleveland this year. That said, it was some curious plays that head Lue and staff drew up in crunch time again. "I mean, I wish we had another 10 games (before the playoffs)".

They play the Heat tonight and then the Raptors on Wednesday.

Raptors: G Kyle Lowry scored 13 in his fifth game back after undergoing wrist surgery. They are averaging 116.4 points per game over their last 5, but allowing 111.4 on defense. Vince Carter averaged 27.6 in 2000-2001. This game's over/under comes in at a combined 211.5 points. On paper, Toronto can beat all of these teams in a 7-game series owing to their superior depth of talent. Toronto finished 23-18 on the road, matching Cleveland's away mark.

Liggins Out: The Cavs waived DeAndre Liggins and are expected to replace him on the roster before Wednesday's deadline for a player to be eligible for the playoffs. Jones was with the Cavs during the 2016 postseason, and the 12-year veteran provided toughness, experience and quality minutes in the Finals.

The Cavaliers are also bringing back a lucky charm.

"Not if we're the good version of us, we'll be better", Griffin said.

NOTES: Raptors C Jonas Valanciunas connected on his first 3-pointer this season, with 5:18 left in the second quarter. Meanwhile, the Celtics will be finishing up their season against the Bucks.
