It said his medical records from an air ambulance service that brought him to OH and from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was hospitalized until his death Monday, have been reviewed, and the treating physicians have been interviewed extensively.

Speaking early on Thursday to assembled reporters across the street from Wyoming High School, US Senator Rob Portman of OH highlighted the community support that the Warmbier family has received during the tragedy.
The exact cause of Warmbier's death is unclear.
US President Donald Trump said he wished China would offer "a little more help" in applying pressure to North Korea.
He was sentenced in March 2016 to 15 years in prison with hard labor.
The student's family say the regime "brutalised" him, but now North Korea has denied it.
Tuesday's flights by B-1Bs came shortly after the death of a US college student who was recently released by North Korea in a coma following more than 17 months of captivity. He could not speak or move voluntarily when he returned, and his doctors said he suffered extensive brain damage.

He said North Korea's treatment of Mr Warmbier demonstrated "a basic disregard for human rights, for human dignity".
Doctors there said they found no traces of active botulism, a toxin that can cause nerve injury.
The service was held for around 45 minutes, before Warmbier's body was taken to a cemetery.
China's not going to cut North Korea off, though it could by ceasing all trade.
Vagonis, who was Warmbier's girlfriend at the time of his detention in North Korea, described how they first met at a party at his apartment. Sponsors of terrorism are subject to "restrictions on US foreign assistance; a ban on defense exports and sales; certain controls over exports of dual use items; and miscellaneous financial and other restrictions", according to the State Department website.
US Senator John McCain, a top figure in the ruling Republican Party, accused North Korea of murder.
