"This could be the first political rhetorical terrorist attack and that has to stop", Rep. Rodney Davis told CNN's Brianna Keilar.

The conservative from the southern state of Louisiana is a firm supporter of USA gun rights. They signed oversized cards for the wounded. Giffords said she was "heartbroken" by the shootings and praised the police officers who responded quickly at the baseball field.
