This is what Obama told his friend about Trump

Asked if Obama's opinion has changed since Trump took office, one of the sources said: "Well, it hasn't gotten any better". For one, the former president has relaxed his wardrobe and finally gets to wear his leather jacket and stroll through Central Park without planning the walk with Secret Service.

While President Donald Trump is embroiled in controversy - with regularity - Barack and Michelle Obama are enjoying a less-harried lifestyle these days, at least according to the cover story in the new issue of People magazine. Trump famously orchestrated the birther issue that questioned whether Obama was born in the USA or not.

According to a report by People, the man nicknamed "no drama Obama" thinks that his successor is a "bulls**ter".

We know that since leaving the White House, Barack Obama has embraced vacations, street style, and steep Wall Street speaking fees, but we don't know much else about his new life.

People expect more, and when Trump tried his reality TV schmooze on Obama, the then president wasn't fooled for a second by the pretender who would be moving into the White House.

Trump to meet Russian foreign minister amid FBI controversy
Despite the lack of clarity, the possibility of a meeting between Trump and Lavrov would in itself be a sign of some progress. Her testimony pushed the story of the Trump campaign's alleged ties to Russian Federation back into the headlines.

Obama always treated Trump and the transition with the utmost courtesy and respect, but it has been clear for years that Obama sees right through Trump for what he really is. "But he's also optimistic and heartened that citizens aren't just watching it happen but engaging with neighbors and elected representatives at town halls", a third source close to Obama reportedly told the publication.

So that was the night of election but what is Obama's opinion of Trump now that he's been in office for a while.

In the past, Trump has been harsh and critical of Obama and his policies, even calling some of them a disaster situation.

And while he and wife Michelle have not publicly attacked President Trump, the former first lady did promise last week that she was not gone for good. Michelle reportedly joked, "I'm going all black for the next couple of years".
