That brings the number of members charged to 18. Tuesday in Centre County Court, eight more will face charges. They are facing criminal charges in connection to Timothy Piazza's death.
Piazza reportedly spent his final hours dragging his bruised, bloodied body across the beer-soaked frat house floor, stumbling down stairs and lying drunk and unconscious as head injuries and internal bleeding slowly killed him, while his fraternity brothers did little to help him, the report said. But one fraternity brother not charged tells ABC News nobody was anxious about that footage. Piazza is also seen being held down because he was "thrashing" around and those at the house ignored the pleas of Kordel Davis, who said 9-1-1 should be called. Davis, who is not charged, testified to the grand jury that he told other fraternity members the night Piazza suffered a fatal fall that Piazza needed medical attention.
In addition to involuntary manslaughter and other charges, chapter President Brendan Young and Vice President Daniel Casey now face 50 counts of hazing and reckless endangerment, stemming from hazing activities that date to spring 2016. He died after falling and hitting his head several times after a pledge acceptance ceremony.
In a group text message just before midnight, one of the fraternity members wrote: "Also, Tim Piazza might actually be a problem".
The grand jury said it had learned numerous members were both aware of the risks of excessive drinking and certain that Piazza's injuries would be seen as the result of hazing at the fraternity. But the fraternity brothers did little to help him.Authorities said the young men waited 12 hours to call for help. Three brothers "slammed him onto the couch", grand jury says. "He says he know it is going on (wink, wink) I'll look into this but nothing happens", Attorney Aaron Freiwald said. The students were released on bail to await trial on charges stemming from the deaadly hazing incident.
He and seven of his fellow fraternity brothers were arraigned Tuesday in Bellefonte on various charges.

The grand jury, in its report, stated that it had found evidence of a history of hazing at the fraternity that included forced drinking and paddling, and found that Penn State's Greek community "nurtured an environment so permissive of excessive drinking and hazing that it emboldened its members to repeatedly act with reckless disregard to human life".

DiBileo was charged with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, simple assault, and other offenses. He arrived at the fraternity house shortly after 9 p.m. February 2 to go through what was dubbed "the gantlet" in order to become a full-fledged brother.
