Yoga has connected the world with India , Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today, as he rolled out his mat along with millions of others across the globe to celebrate the traditional practice. "It is not necessary to perform yoga 24 hours a day". Modi said there was no need to perform yoga round-the- clock as only 50 to 60 minutes are enough.
