Ariana Grande is taking action against Forever 21, after using her likeness in many items to promote their items. Riley Rose was created by the daughters of Forever 21's founders.

Forever 21 at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre in Toronto, on August 29, 2019. Grande and her team were in talks with Forever 21 and Riley Rose from late 2018 to early 2019, but the endorsement deal was never finalized, according to the suit.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Imagine star is suing the brand for $10 million in damages after they allegedly used a "lookalike" model for their campaign, after failing to land an endorsement deal with the star.

"The resemblance is uncanny and Forever 21's intent was clear: to suggest to the viewing public that Ms. Grande endorsed Forever 21, its products, and was affiliated with Forever 21", the lawsuit says.

Grande's lawyers also argued that companies are willing to pay "enormous sums of money" for Grande to endorse their brands, with a single social media post commanding "several hundred thousand dollars" and her longer-term endorsement arrangements commanding fees "in the millions of dollars".

Mr McMillon said: "We know these decisions will inconvenience some of our customers, and we hope they will understand". Additionally, Walmart will stop the sales of handguns in Alaska - the only state where they still sell them.

"Rather than pay for that right as the law requires, Defendants simply stole it by launching a misleading campaign across its website and social media platforms primarily in January and February 2019".

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, F21 published at least 30 unauthorized images and videos misappropriating Ariana's name and likeness, and did so by piggybacking off of the huge success of her "Thank U, Next" album.

The lawsuit includes screenshots of social media posts allegedly shared by Forever 21 that feature pictures of Grande and tag the 26-year-old singer's account.
