Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, who used to be one of the most popular streamers on Twitch before leaving the platform, now boasts of having 1 million active subscribers on Mixer, the Microsoft-owned platform.
Ninja's one million Mixer followers are still just a fraction of his Twitch audience, but his early success has sparked impressive growth for Mixer and inspired some other Twitch streamers to try Microsoft's streaming service. "I haven't felt this good in a long time".
That may have been what led Ninja to search for a way to reconnect with his streaming roots, as he stated in a tweet after the Mixer announcement.

He probably won't return to Twitch soon but fans can catch Ninja on Mixer right now. Ninja's rapid climb on Mixer was expected, given he tallied 100,000 subscribers in 24 hours.
