Ever since Samuel L. Jackson, who has been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since he first portrayed S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Nick Fury in 2008's Iron Man, revealed in January 2018 that Captain Marvel would feature Fury without his signature eyepatch, fans everywhere wondered the same thing: would the newest MCU entry explain how he lost his eye?
This is the first Marvel movie centered on a woman.
The back and forth over Captain Marvel being able to time travel in the MCU is nearly as confusing as time travel itself. We had a feeling some of you might've also noticed the same issues, so to attempt to answer them we made some educated guesses based on what we know about the MCU and looked to the comics for possible solutions.

According to Marvel, the Stone "allows its user to exist in any location, move throughout different realities, warp or rearrange space [and] teleport across planes regardless of the laws of physics or magical barriers". There were a number of occasions when I was reminded of Larson's 2017 interview with The Times when she described gravitating toward movies that "make people feel more connected to themselves [and] the rest of the world".

The directors, Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, have made terrific small films, including Half Nelson, with Ryan Gosling, and Mississippi Grind, a gambling buddy-movie with Mendelsohn and Ryan Reynolds. "Which was confusing for everyone", Larson chimed in.
Goose is a flerken who looks like a cat. Throwing prominent animal characters into movies isn't always a surefire way to have them succeed - they can be gratingly cutesy at times, or pandering in their efforts to make the audience worry about whether they'll live or die - but the way that "Captain Marvel" utilizes Goose is clever, satisfying and (perhaps most importantly) unforced. Sadly, no images or videos leaked from Disney's meeting, so we're back to waiting for the second Avengers: Endgame trailer to be released. However, it also sets up some stuff from the original films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The scene opens in Fury's seemingly empty office as Goose jumps up onto his desk and licks his paws, then starts to retch like he's going to cough up a hairball.
Of course, Fury goes on to lie about how he got the injury, coming up with some elaborate tale involving the Tesseract and the Kree, which sounds far more exciting than a little scuffle with a moggy.
Knowing Captain Marvel eventually meets up with the Avengers, she could also have been edited from another clip that caught the attention of hawk-eyed viewers: the superhero power-walk scene.
