J. Prince said it best..."If you keep campaigning - sooner or later you're going to get elected".

On Sunday, 6ix9ine, also known as Tekashi 6ix9ine, dropped "FEFE," his new musical collaboration with Nicki Minaj.

According to the Associated Press, the New York Police Department confirmed the Brooklyn-born rapper visited a police station in the early hours of Sunday morning. When Tekashi came to he was in the back seat of their vehicle as they were driving around and they told him if they didn't get jewelry and money, they'd kill him. Tekashi was blocked in by another auto when he pulled up to his driveway and that's when 3 hooded gunmen suddenly got out of the vehicle, grabbed him and then knocked him unconscious after hitting him with a pistol, according to TMZ. Tekashi's partner and daughter were inside the house but were not hurt.

Three gunmen wearing hoodie pounced on him then pistol whipped him and took him hostage in their vehicle. The site reported that the men eventually got inside 6ix9ine's home and took some jewelry worth around $750,000 and some cash amounts to around $20,000.

Tekashi (pictured, right, with La La Anthony, December 2017) was thrown into the backseat and ordered to hand over and jewelry and cash. After the home robbery the gunmen allegedly drove off with 6ix9ine in the auto before he managed to escape, flee and get help from a civilian. They stopped the auto and one man gave him a chase but stopped because he could be identified. A photo of him in the hospital has been circulating on social media showing him lying in a hospital bed with bruises on his face.

Hopefully, this will be a huge wake up call for the young man.
