The Snap Map is a great new function, but if you're concerned about your privacy, you'll be glad to find out that it's an "opt-in" feature and the location sharing tab is disabled by default.

It's easy to get started - just pinch to zoom out and view the Map!

The photo and video-sharing app has more than 55 million users in Europe and 10 million daily users in the UK. The company has designed this app according to users preference, allowing them to customize this new feature in a way they like. Instagram and fellow Facebook-owned apps WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger have placed increasing pressure on Snapchat in recent months.

The TRA has issued a warning to residents about the new Snapchat features being added to the app, which show people's locations and updates.

Akinfeev had kept his team in the match early in the second half when he tipped a powerful header by Andre Silva round the post . New Zealand's superb first-half display rattled Mexico and a tense match boiled over with a mass brawl in the dying stages.

Snapchat released the update saying 'We've built a whole new way to explore the world! In addition to that, you can also search on the map with friends' name, location, etc.to see their stories. One, where users choose to share their location on the map with all/selected friends and another, "Ghost Mode", where they choose not to share their location with anyone at all.

Of course, the feature doesn't work unless you have your location sharing settings on.
