Fehoko picked the Tigers over Auburn, Georgia, and Ole Miss.

Three months after announcing his intent to transfer from Texas Tech, the defensive tackle announced Monday that he will continue his career at LSU. "I also hope to fill the shoes of those great defensive lineman that have come before me".

"Coming into this process I wanted one thing and one thing exclusively, and that was development", Fehoko told Scout.com. As a freshman and sophomore at Texas Tech in 2015 and 2016, he started all 25 games for the Red Raiders and posted 38 tackles with 7.5 for loss and two sacks.

Former University of Hawaii Defensive Coordinator Dave Aranda is the DC for LSU under Head Coach Ed Orgeron.

The 6-foot-3, 287-pound Fehoko is not a graduate transfer, thus, he will be forced to sit out the 2017 season but he will have two years of eligibility to use with LSU starting in 2018. They instead used tight ends and extra linemen in short-yardage and goal-line situations.
