Following the fight, an emotional "Rumble" (22-6 record in MMA) went first for the interview and revealed that he would be retiring from UFC. Johnson started off strong in the first round as he caught Cormier in what appeared to be a fatal knee to the nose.

Cormier anxiously approached the scale on Friday morning just minutes before the 11 a.m. deadline of the two-hour weigh-in period and topped out at 206.2 pounds.

The 38-year-old was all over Rumble and eventually took his back with just over a minute left.

Cormer defeated Johnson in similar fashion to their first fight, submitting him via rear-naked choke in the second round in the UFC 210 main event.

Johnson raised thousands of eyebrows on Saturday night, by turning to his wrestling against Daniel Cormier, several times in their bout.

Before he got to the post-fight mic, however, he was forced to make way for a surprise announcement as Johnson retired in the cage, the second time during the pay-per-view that a veteran fighter hung up his gloves. But the drama in the room was centered around former champion Jon Jones who is serving a one-year suspension for failing a drug test three days before his rematch with Cormier at UFC 200 back in July.

North Korea official says they 'will test missiles weekly'
North Korea spent most of last week showing off new missiles and moving forward with the development of nuclear weapons. On Sunday, North Korea carried out its latest ballistic missile test but it failed shortly after being launched.

Johnson had kept his decision a secret from all but a few of the people closest to him, with not even UFC President Dana White having prior knowledge of the bombshell that he dropped in the Octagon after the fight. My coaches knew. My family knew. "To knock out Cormier would be the icing on the cake you know what I mean?" This whole time I've been here. When I lost to him in January of 2015 I knew we would fight again.

Cormier rained down punches onto Johnson who was defenseless. My life has been fantastic and I haven't come close to scratching the surface. Jimi doesn't want to fight me. "I get to put my head in the ground, go make the weight and then get prepared to scrap".

"Anthony's rights were violated", said Ali Abdelaziz, Johnson's manager, to ESPN.com.

On Episode 5 of UFC 210 Embedded, the event's stars perform for fans at Open Workouts, and middleweights Gegard Mousasi and Chris Weidman receive gifts from the Buffalo Sabres hockey team.

"We don't want to take anything away from [Cormier]".

You've got to see it to believe it.
