No damage reported from weak tornado south of Lincoln

In Charlotte, North Carolina, the National Weather Service has confirmed of severe weather in the region of southeastern Virginia, which faces not just one but two tornadoes at the same time.

It happened around 12:53 a.m. about six miles west northwest of Wausau.

According to the National Weather Service, this tornado was 100 yards wide, with estimated winds of 100 miles-per-hour.

Another EF0 tornado touched down just west of Seminole Road in Webster County Monday afternoon.

The tornado that affected Randolph, Stewart and Webster Counties will have a tornado rating of EF2 with estimated peak wind speeds of 120 miles per hour.

The tornado was the first in McLennan County since April 2011 when two EF-0 tornadoes were confirmed.

The tornado, which caused damage in Mart, was classified as an EF-0 - the lowest level on the tornado scale. 27 and Pleasant Valley Rd. The tornado shifted slightly to a ENE path and crossed Kendall drive uprooting several trees before crossing Log-town/Traylor driver intersection where several trees were snapped and uprooted. The tornado continued ENE crossing Kendall Rd. several times as it traveled almost parallel to it snapping a few trees along the way. Minor damage to a church at the intersection occurred.

National Weather Service Meteorologist Bill Marino says they had never recorded a tornado in MI in February before, and there were five that struck just north of the in border.
