North Korea's Kim withdraws nuclear threat against Guam after 'briefing'
He said North Korea had threatened Guam , a United States territory which hosts two large military bases and is home to more than 6,000 military personnel, at least three times since 2013. He went on to urge the crowd that if they "don't want to get caught, deer-in-the-headlights", when missiles start flying that they should "call in North Korea immediately".
