Local media also say the aqua park's manager and his son have also been killed after they dived into the pool to try and save them.
The BBC reports that the pool's water was flushed away while the electricity was switched off at the park.
Two other people were hurt after touching metal railings.
An investigation, to be conducted by the Gendarmerie, has reportedly already begun which is expected to analyse safety at the water park.
Footage shown on television in Turkey showed the "Aqualand" water park, with ambulances in the parking lot.

The pair were electrocuted when they jumped into the pool after noticing three children had suffered shocks in the water.
A sixth victim was injured and received treatment.
It is unclear how the pool became electrified.
