Otto Warmbier's family declines autopsy for United States student released by North Korea

President Trump suggested the Obama administration has blood on its hands for mishandling the efforts to secure the release of University of Virginia student Otto Warmbier, who died Monday after a almost year-and-a-half imprisonment in North Korea.

The Hamilton County Coroner's Office in OH confirmed that it received and examined the 22-year-old's body after his death on Monday.

The United States is urging China to play a more prominent role in combating global terrorism and help "change the calculus" on North Korea, ahead of high-level security talks with Beijing.
