The court reporter read directly from the transcripts about that night, specifically Constand's testimony about being given little blue pills she believed to be herbal supplements from Cosby, and ultimately the effects these pills had on her (rubbery legs and loss of consciousness, she told the court last week).
The jury began deliberations late on Monday, and the sessions have stretched past 9pm on that day and Tuesday, for a total of 18 hours. Some 60 women have come forward accusing Mr. Cosby of sexually violating them, but the statute of limitations for prosecution had run out in almost every case. As Cosby walked past the assembled paparrazi, he opened his mouth and finally released the words everyone was so eager to say. In the deposition, which became public almost two years ago, Mr. Cosby said he gave Ms. Constand three half-tablets of the cold and allergy medicine Benadryl. Constand has denied Cosby's explanation, [ultimately] telling police, "We were not involved in any romantic relationship".
Chloe Goins, a former model who claims Cosby drugged and sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, is also suing the comedian on sexual battery and other claims.
"I'm going to have to cross that bridge when I come to it", she said.

That version of Cosby, as Keshia alluded to on Today, reportedly stands accused of drugging Andrea Constand in 2004, and molesting the then-Temple University student, once the alleged substance overtook Constand. They wanted to hear Cosby's statements in his 2005 deposition again, and they also wanted clarification on the terminology "without her consent", which is part of one of Cosby's aggravated indecent assault charges. They called a second woman, Kelly Johnson, to testify he sexually assaulted her in 1996 and showed jurors his deposition testimony in which he admitted giving young women sedatives in the 1970s. Ms. Constand is the only woman whose allegations have resulted in criminal charges. Things happen, but in no way is that condoning sexual assault. Cosby has given a sealed deposition in the case.
