A defiant Prime Minister Theresa May vowed on Friday to form a government to lead Britain out of the European Union despite losing her majority in a snap general election and facing calls to resign.
May said that they have a "strong relationship" with the DUP and that she intended form a government which could "provide certainty and lead Britain forward at this critical time for our country".

Mrs May now risks opposition to her Brexit plans from inside and outside her party.

However, she did hail the election campaign as having been very successful for the DUP.
Numerous key cabinet posts have already been declared as unchanged from the previous government, including Philip Hammond as Chancellor of the Exchequer, Amber Rudd as home secretary, Boris Johnson as foreign secretary, David Davis as Brexit secretary and Michael Fallon as the in-charge of the ministry of defence.
But there were hints that the terms of Brexit might have changed. Some say her failure means the government must now take a more flexible approach to the divorce.

"I've never seen people more hateful in my life", he said. We have worked well with May. But she is also a democrat.
It is expected this afternoon the DUP will hold a news conference to confirm its intentions.
