The AAP recently sought to demonstrate how an EVM can be tampered with in the Delhi assembly, though the Election Commission debunked the claim by saying the machine used was a mere "prototype".
Soon after a demonstration of the EVM tampering was conducted by Saurabh Bharadwaj during the special day-long session of the Delhi Assembly today, Kejriwal alleged tampering of EVMs poses a real "threat" to the country.
Conducting a mock poll on an EVM machine, Bharadwaj demonstrated how despite giving two votes each to various parties; the final count showed that votes of some parties had been transferred to one party.
"We will demand that the machines that were used be provided to us", he said.
EC to put forward its point in front of seven national and 48 state parties.
"Yesterday what was shown in Delhi Assembly was a matter of concern, we believe that EVM can be hacked".
MLA Kapil Mishra handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) the documents in connection with the corruption charges he leveled against Kejriwal and other party leaders.

Apart from demanding that voter-verifiable paper audit trail (VVPAT)-equipped EVMs be used, the party will approach the EC with the request that votes registered in EVMs and paper trails of 25 per cent randomly chosen booths be tallied, Rai said.
The AAP and the Opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will corner each other on a range of issues.

Rao asked why the Election Commission had not invited technical experts and those who had moved the Supreme Court to challenge the reliability of EVMs to an all-party meeting convened on May 12 by the poll watchdog. "The second complaint is against the cash exchange of Rs 2 crore between Kejriwal and Satyendra Jain, and third against five AAP leaders who misused funds for foreign trips", said Mishra after meeting CBI officials.
Digvijaya Singh tweeted: It is the responsibility of Election Commission to convince every Indian that EVM is 100% fool proof and in no case can be tampered.
Rai said in his letter to the EC that the live demonstration - done on a "replica of the EVMs used by the ECI" - had demolished the idea that voting machines used by it were tamper proof.
"It was a drama enacted by the AAP to divert attention of the public from the allegations of bribery and forgery in funding", Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari said.
