'Dance Moms' star Abby Lee Miller sentenced to prison for fraud

Miller has 45 days in hand to report to prison.

Lifetime, which declined to comment on Miller's departure, has kept the show going with guest choreographers, including former "Dancing With the Stars" pro Cheryl Burke.

"I'm good. I try to stay positive and happy", Miller told ET on February 9 about her then-upcoming sentencing, when we spoke with her at OK Magazine's Pre-GRAMMY Party in Los Angeles. The maximum sentence she could have received was two and a half years in prison, so she got less than half that time.

Miller will also have to pay a 40 thousand dollar fine, and $120,000, the amount she reportedly smuggled into the USA from the Down Under. However, a filing states that the United States attorney sees Miller's case very similar to a certain Michael J. People.com reports that Miller has been officially charged for bankruptcy fraud and will face prison time.

Free is said to have hidden several guns and failed to declare their location.
