Outside the House, Kejriwal dared the Election Commission to give EVMs to the AAP which he said will change their motherboards in 90 seconds and demonstrate how easily the machines can be tampered with. Kejriwal took the challenge and asked the ECI to provide them with one EVM to prove their allegations.
"The Commission said: "Very simply put, any "look-alike" machine is just a different gadget, which is manifestly designed and made to function in a 'tampered" manner and has no relevance, incidence or bearing on the Commission's EVMs".
The Election Commission, which maintains that EVMs can not be programmed to favour any party, did not officially react.
Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shazia Ilmi alleged that Kejriwal is doing this in order to pre-empt the order of the Election Commission in the office of profit matter against him. "The Election Commission's inquiry report is an embarrassment to the organisation itself".
AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj demonstrated how an EVM can be hacked during the Assembly's special session on Tuesday.

India Today had reported that an engineer, Saurabh Bhardwaj had been given the responsibility of gathering proof against EVM tampering.
Speaking during the one-day special session of the assembly, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday claimed it is possible to hack EVMs in less than 90 seconds. Party chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who also has an engineering background, had earlier claimed that he could think of 10 ways in which an EVM can be hacked.
The 38-year-old legislator, who claimed he has worked with multi-national companies in his career, said he was not making baseless allegations on EVM manipulation. There is also a Self-diagnostic feature to check the EVM fully, every time it is switched on to detect any changes in its hardware or software.
The official also questioned the need for the demonstration in the Assembly a day ahead of the meeting convened by the poll panel to discuss issues related to EVMs and Voter-Verifiable Paper Audit Trail. It is a danger to the democracy of the country.
Bharadwaj used a machine that was a prototype built by IIT alumni and tested by experts.
