A suburban Chicago man has been charged in the fatal shooting last week of a semi-trailer truck driver on Interstate-88 near Oak Brook.
Police said the victim, Eduardo Munoz, and Tillmon, were both driving eastbound on I-88 when an alleged road rage altercation on I-88 caused them to begin yelling at each other.
Tillmon appeared for a bond hearing Wednesday morning at the DuPage County Courthouse, where bond was set at $3 million.
Police are calling the shooting a "road rage incident", and say there are "no apparent ties" between Tillmon and Munoz. He turned himself in on Tuesday.
Emergency personnel then arrived on scene near the southbound ramp of Interstate 294 and transported Munoz to Elmhurst hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

"I would like to thank the Illinois State Police, the U.S. Marshall's Office, the Oak Brook Police and Fire Departments as well as Assistant State's Attorney Jim French for their fine work on this case".
Tillmon was identified as the shooter following an investigation, police said.
Berlin said the Global Positioning System from Tillmon's tow truck, its iPass transponder, and toll plaza security video all place the tow truck at the murder scene.
Tillmon is due in bond court tomorrow.
