Arthur Collins, 24, is accused of spraying an "acidic liquid" over a packed crowd at Mangle nightclub in Dalston, injuring four men and ten women including two who were blinded in one eye.
The 24-year-old was arrested at an address in Rushden, Northamptonshire, on Saturday.
Mr Collins has been charged with 14 counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and one count of throwing corrosive fluid on a person with intent to cause GBH.
Arthur Collins, the former boyfriend of The Only Way Is Essex star Ferne McCann, has been charged with 15 offences following his arrest in connection with the east London nightclub acid attack.
He is set to appear at the Thames Magistrates' Court today.
A statement from Ferne McCann's representation announced she is pregnant with Collins' child, but the couple had split before the incident.
Her rep confirmed in a statement: "She does not wish to discuss the pregnancy further".

The statement added: "Accordingly she does not wish to discuss the pregnancy further given the early stage it is at and the enormous strain that Ferne is now under".
The reality TV star has now confirmed she is in the early stages of pregnancy with his child and is "grateful" for all the support she has received since the brutal attack.
Confirming her pregnancy and that she had split with Collins, her agent said she is "determined to face the challenges of being a single parent with all her energy".
Ciro D'Alessio, prosecuting, said: "More than 20 people were affected and two people were partially blinded - a lot are seriously affected".
A second man, Andrew Phoenix, 21, has also been charged.
Collins of Broxbourne, Herts, and Phoenix, of Tottenham, were remanded in custody to appear at Wood Green Crown Court on May 22.
