M. Night Shyamalan has confirmed his new film "Glass" will act as a sequel to both "Unbreakable" and "Split".
M. Night Shyamalan fans rejoice, for the king of cinematic twists has announced a new movie. The surprise ending of the film shows it be a follow-up to 2000's "Unbreakable", which starred Bruce Willis as security guard David Dunn who discovers he has super-human strength and resistance to injury.

It will take characters from both Unbreakable and Split and combine them into a conclusion for the trilogy. Now, the filmmaker intends to bring McAvoy, Willis, and Jackson all together for Glass. The studio Universal Pictures confirmed director's Twitter posts and even hinted on several details from the synopsis of the upcoming Glass.
Anya Taylor-Joy will also return as Casey Cooke from the 2016 film.
"I'm reteaming with my partners @jason_blum and @Universalpics for this insane comic book thriller", tweeted the filmmaker, as he added to his Glass teasers. Shyamalan has already finished writing the script and is producing the film with Jason Blum. The movie titled Glass and will be released not earlier than 2019.
