Former New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez is already doing life in prison for the murder of Odin Lloyd and is now on trial for a double-murder that reportedly happened over a spilled drink in the club.
"Much of the state's case relies on the testimony of Bradley, an admitted drug trafficker and gun dealer who now calls a CT prison home".
The prosuection contends that Hernandez shot into a vehicle, killing Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado because of a spilled drink in a nightclub.
Salvador said that he asked Hernandez to pose with him for a photo. Hernandez initially politely declined his request, according to Salvador's testimony, but agreed after he told Hernandez it was his birthday. He said he was with Hernandez for 7-10 minutes and that at no point did he see someone spill a drink or Hernandez appear angry.
"There is absolutely no evidence that Aaron Hernandez committed this crime", Baez said. "Have a good night". The prosecution rested after Settana's testimony.
"They're handing out immunity like its candy on Halloween!"

Closing arguments are scheduled for Thursday in Suffolk Superior Court. He said no defense witnesses were available to testify Tuesday, but additional witnesses will testify Wednesday.
A friend who was with Hernandez testified that Hernandez shot them two hours after one of the men bumped into Hernandez at the club and spilled his drink.
Defense attorneys claim that Hernandez's former friend and marijuana supplier Alexander Bradley killed Abreu and Furtado over a drug deal.
The defense claims Bradley, now jailed in CT for shooting up a Hartford club in 2014, shot de Abreu and Furtado over a drug deal.
In his final appeal to jurors, prosecutor Patrick Haggan said Hernandez gunned down two men in Boston in 2012 because he had "an illogical sense of being disrespected". He is also charged with witness intimidation and accused of shooting Bradley in the face seven months later in what prosecutors say was an attempt to silence him as a witness to the earlier shootings.
