Mr Trump commented on North Korea after he was asked about the U.S. military's decision to drop the largest non-nuclear weapon it has ever used in combat on an area of eastern Afghanistan.

North Korea's official name is the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Trump also flexed his military muscle last week by ordering cruise missile strikes on a Syrian airbase the USA believed was the origin of a chemical weapons attack on civilians in a northern Syria town.
Trump has repeatedly said he will prevent Pyongyang from developing a nuclear-tipped ballistic missile capable of reaching the United States.
Many experts believe North Korea could have a viable nuclear warhead and a ballistic missile capable of hitting the USA mainland within the next few years.
The President made the comments after he was asked about the decision to drop the largest non-nuclear weapon in the USA arsenal on an area of eastern Afghanistan.

Russian President Vladimir Putin denounced the strike as "act of aggression" and said it violated global law. It said Mr Lavrov and his U.S. counterpart agreed to continue discussions on Syria in person.
The ominous comments came the same day the USA military dropped the biggest non-nuclear bomb it possesses on Afghanistan, targeting a complex used by the Islamic State group.
Previously, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) threatened to reduce the United States "to ashes" if a preemptive strike is conducted.
The intelligence officials told NBC News that the USA has positioned two destroyers capable of shooting Tomahawk cruise missiles in the region, one just 300 miles from the North Korean nuclear test site.

Update, 12:28 AM: Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled to arrive in South Korea on Sunday to celebrate Easter with US troops stationed there and meet up with South Korean officials on Monday, kicking off a ten-day trip through Asia, according to Reuters.
