A 161-page, handwritten manifesto mailed to President Donald Trump by a man who allegedly robbed a Wisconsin gun shop and who police say is bent on starting a "revolution" has reached the White House, authorities in Wisconsin have confirmed.

Joseph Jakubowski, 32, has been on the run since April 4, when he is suspected to have broken the front glass of a gun store in Janesville, Wisconsin, and stolen around 16 high end firearms.

Concerns ramped up late last week when a friend of Jakubowski gave a copy of the 161-page manifesto to police and said the suspect had also sent it to the White House.

On Monday, the sheriff's office released photos of tattoos Jakubowski has on his right arm.

A Monday article on CNN.com pointed out that "authorities have received almost 425 tips as they searched for the man". Spoden said he has been known in the Janesville community for disorderly conduct, has had numerous traffic stops and was also convicted of trying to disarm a police officer. Police were later called to reports of a auto fire shortly after the burglary and discovered the vehicle belonged to the suspect.

"I started getting calls from parents you know anxious about if i should send my kids to school tomorrow", Knudson said.

Local authorities say the FBI, ATF and Secret Service have sent reinforcements for what is now a national investigation.

McLean said Jakubowski nine years ago challenged a Janesville police officer to shoot him.

Police said in a press release Jakubowski had been "highly agitated recently regarding a variety of political issues".

"Our local law enforcement personnel have been collaborating closely with all of the federal and state law enforcement agencies to utilize all available investigative tools to locate Jakubowski", Spoden said. Additional federal officers have been dispatched to the area, officials said Monday.

Investigators have ruled out 400 of those tips. The Janesville Police Department and Rock County Sheriff's Office beefed up patrols near churches. Though, as you probably already gathered, authorities described him as "highly risky".
