British Prime Minister Theresa May issued a statement , confirming that police are treating the incident as a terror attack . A total of 60 ambulances attended the incident. One wrote: "May they taste what the weak people in Mosul and (Raqqa) experience from their being bombed and burned", according to the USA -based SITE Intelligence Group.
