The man who triggered an Amber Alert last week in New Britain was arrested early Tuesday morning in a neighboring state. He allegedly drove away with their 2-year-old daughter, triggering an amber alert. New Britain police say that Patrick Miles had two warrants out for his arrest, both of which were issued Saturday, and both for probation violations.
