Tens of thousands of protesters floo. Hundreds of people again took to the streets of Venezuela's capital Thursday to demonstrate against President Nicolas Maduro , a day after three people were shot dead during protests in the South American nation riled by an economic crisis and political rifts.

On April 9 North Korea attempted to launch a new test missile. Pence reiterated that "all options are on the table" to deal with threat and said that any use of nuclear weapons by Pyongyang would be met with "an overwhelming and effective response".

The prosecutor's spokesman said his colleagues are trying to determine if there really is a jihadist corresponding to that name. Islamic State claimed responsibility for the Champs Elysees shooting hours after the attack , in a statement identifying the attacker as "Abu Yousif the Belgian".

Meanwhile, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, himself traveling through the Middle East, also warned the regime, telling reporters during a stop in Saudi Arabia that " the leader of North Korea again recklessly tried to provoke something by launching a missile ".

Paris shooting: second man sought by police
Asked about the Abu Yusuf Al-Beljiki pseudonym given by ISIS , Jambon said he "is certainly not the guy who committed the crime". One of the gunmen, identified as Karim Cheurfi , was killed during the firefight. French President François Hollande, however, did state that the attack was "terrorist in nature". Police had arrested Cheurfi in February on suspicion of planning to kill police but released him because of a lack of evidence.
