The Foundation was created in 2009 by Prince William and Harry, changing its name and expanding its ambitions as Kate Middleton and then Meghan Markle married into the family.

The palace said the decision was made following the conclusion of a review into its structure.

As reported by The Sun, an official statement said that the "Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wish to build on The Foundation's past successes" and that they are developing new initiatives.

LONDON, United Kingdom-Britain's Prince William and his wife Kate are to split their charitable works from his brother Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, Kensington Palace announced Thursday.

Harry and Meghan plan on putting their own "stamp" on their charitable work. This was the first time The Royal Foundation has brought together people from across all of its programmes, including @invictusgames2018, @Heads_Together, @united4wildlife, #CoachCore & #EndeavourFund.

Prince Harry and Meghan appointed a separate head of communications and set up their own Instagram account.

When Harry and Meghan's engagement was revealed in 2017, Kensington Palace announced the former actress was giving up her own charitable interests to begin work with the Foundation.

Mozilla urges Firefox users to patch against critical zero-day vulnerability
Mozilla just released a security advisory warning and apparently both the Mozilla's Firefox and Firefox ESR products are affected. Such an attack could happen if vulnerable Firefox users ended up visiting webpages with malicious code hidden behind them.

Harry said it was good to have "four different personalities", but they had the "same passion to want to make a difference".

The inaugural event was billed as an annual affair.

They said, "Certainly the animosity over status, money, and Meghan meant that the split in their joint households had to be brought forward much more quickly than anticipated, so perhaps it was inevitable that their joint charity has to be split, too".

Because this royal insider is of the opinion that Meghan's marriage to Harry will only last for three years. despite the fact that they couldn't look more in love every time they're pictured together.

- Why is the Royal Foundation announcement a big deal?

More recently, The Foundation has been helping coordinate the Heads Together campaign which works towards ending the stigma that now surrounds mental health.

It's uncommon for siblings in the royal family to have collaborative charities and foundations like this in the first place, according to Koenig, who thinks the only reason for the joint venture from the beginning was for both brothers to have a project to share as they grew up.
