The customer, Christina Thomas, refused to pay because she did not like the way the owner, Huiyue Zheng, waxed her eyebrows.

They then turn to another shopper who is helping her granddaughter escape the clutches of the staff members and start beating her in the back. Police arrested the customer and one worker after the brawl, according to the New York Post.

Witness Mercy Maduka, who posted a widely-shared video of the incident on Facebook, said the fight was sparked by a bad eyebrow job: "So I'm at the nail salon and they fucked up a lady eyebrow and she refused to pay then a fight broke outttt", she wrote, saying the employees hit the customers "like animals".

At one point, she was seen being held as they waited for police. Police later arrived on the scene to arrest two of the salon's employees.

Zheng is charged with harassment, misdemeanor menacing and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon, police told Pix11, while Thomas is charged with harassment, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor menacing.

Moses was also arrested on charges of assault causing injury, harassment and menacing.

By Monday night, the video had racked up hundreds of thousands of views.
