- Passengers aboard a charter fishing boat were surprised when a mako shark jumped aboard their vessel during an offshore trip earlier this month.
The large shark's mouth became covered in blood as it tried to bite through the railing.
In the now-viral video taken by those on the boat, someone can be heard saying "He jumped on the boat, oh my god!", as crew members decide how to handle the situation.
Eventually, one of the fishermen comes up with a plan to save the shark's life.
