So Irving's interest makes sense.

Before Knicks fans get too excited about a pairing of Irving - who grew up in New Jersey - and Porzingis, Frank Isola of the New York Daily News reported that Irving's top destination was San Antonio. Kyrie has reportedly requested that the Cleveland Cavaliers trade him.

After news broke yesterday that Kyrie Irving wants out of Cleveland, a slew of information has come in recently that suggests the news shouldn't have come as a surprise-to the Cleveland Cavaliers, at least-and it might have cost them dearly. They also don't have the financial means or assets to make a play for someone of Irving's ilk.

The Timberwolves reportedly are one of the teams Irving would prefer to be traded to as he reportedly has grown exhausted of playing second fiddle to LeBron James.

Tom Thibodeau, entering his second season as the Wolves' basketball boss and head coach, traded for star shooting guard Jimmy Butler this offseason and then signed point guard Jeff Teague, power forward Taj Gibson and, most recently, shooting guard Jamal Crawford.

In Barcelona, there are many suggestions that Neymar wants to move to PSG because he is exhausted of playing in the shadow of Lionel Messi, and there's a strikingly similar situation developing in Cleveland as reports on NBA Radio claimed that the 2016 NBA Finals MVP was ready to be the main guy elsewhere.

Chaudhry Nisar's much-awaited presser postponed till Monday
The two-member delegation returned after Ch Nisar clearly told them that his stance is based on principles and he will not budge. Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has postponed much-awaited press conference, scheduled at 5:00 PM today (Sunday).

Kyrie Irving, one of the NBA's brightest young stars, has asked the Cavaliers to trade him, and one of the teams on his wish list are the Knicks, according to a report. And this would explain why the Cavaliers were interested in signing Derrick Rose.

Overall, it's hard to argue that a trade which included Anthony and multiple first-round picks wouldn't be enticing for the Cavaliers.

The asking price will be high, but one the Nuggets can pay if they are willing to do so. The 35-year-old is owed $15.5 million next season.

Irving would be a game changer for the Nuggets.

Irving, 25, is owed $18.9 million next season and $20.1 million in 2018-19.

While other teams may soon surface, these are the four franchises now linked to Irving.
