Chaudhry Nisar's much-awaited presser postponed till Monday

CM Sharif assured to remove his reservations and complaints at the earliest.

Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has postponed much-awaited press conference, scheduled at 5:00 PM today (Sunday).

Meantime, the sources privy to the PML-N circles said Chaudhry Nisar will not take up any extreme step, adding he will be assigned a task of high importance after he ends his resentment. Nisar remained absent from the scene while sources told that he had been in his office.

Reports quoted the minister as saying, "Mr Prime Minister, now only a miracle can save you".

Requesting the media to stop unnecessary speculations on the matter, the communiqué said the postponement of the interior minister's press talk was caused by his ill health. The meeting took place at the Punjab House during which they invited the interior minister to attend the party meeting which he refused.

Reports are that the minister has chose to end his 35-year-long association with Nawaz Sharif.

The two-member delegation returned after Ch Nisar clearly told them that his stance is based on principles and he will not budge. It should be noted that an all-important consultative meeting occurred on Friday (yesterday) between the premier and other senior leadership which excluded the interior minister.
