The incident happened Thursday, June 22, 2017, at a restaurant called the Quik Chik in Baxley, Georgia.
"She went berserk", Norris told WTOC. The female customer goes into a frenzy and starts repeatedly punching the restaurant owner as the male customer stands by and watches.
Baxley Police are asking for the public's help in finding two suspects accused of attacking a restaurant owner and her teenage daughter. "They both lost it, him and her both, started cussing and beating on the window".
After the female suspect stopped striking the owner, the two started to flee the scene when the owner's 15-year-old daughter exited the vehicle to help her mother. He's got her.' And that's when I realized he had hit her. "Who does that? Who punches a child like she's a grown man standing there?"
The owner and her daughter were seen being assaulted by two customers, police said. "He needs putting under the jail!"

Warmbier, 22, a University of Virginia student, died Monday in Cincinnati, less than a week after his release from North Korea. In the days following his death, North Korea's state media claimed Warmbier's death was a "mystery", according to CNN .
Even veteran officers like Baxley's Police Chief say they've never seen an unprovoked attack like this.
They drove off in a tan Cadillac Escalade, WSB-TV in Atlanta noted, and are still at large, although Baxley Police have been flooded with tips about the suspects from local residents who say they recognize the couple.
"The camera surveillance footage that we put out tells it all", he said. "That's just brutality", he said about the assault.
Police believe Nathaniel Eric Smith and Latasha Smith are the two suspects in connection with the violent incident.
Detectives have asked anyone who knows where they are to contact police headquarters.
