Prosecutors rested their case against Bill Cosby on Friday - and his team floated the idea that the comedian himself might be up next.
The felony case was filed just days before the 12-year statute of limitations deadline on the alleged January 2004 felony attack.
Prosecutors are expected to continue focusing on Cosby's testimony on Friday. But Cosby, according to his testimony, said the doctor knew that he was not going to take them. "But my apology was, my God, I'm in trouble with these people because this is an old man and their young daughter".

He has said it was consensual.
Cosby, the 79-year-old comedian, is charged with sexually assaulting Constand in his home outside Philadelphia.
