With the jury still deliberating, Keshia said she will accept the outcome of the trial, but would not confirm that a guilty verdict would change her opinion of "Mr. Cosby".

On Wednesday morning, the panel resumed talks.

Though dozens of women have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct, only Constand's accusations led to criminal charges. The jury will reconvene for deliberations Wednesday.

As the deliberations continued on Wednesday, the crowd waiting outside the Montgomery County courthouse appeared to have grown, including the occasional protester and one local resident who set up a swiveling armchair on the sidewalk.

On Monday, Bill Cosby did not testify in his own defense at the sexual assault trial.

Jury deliberations have entered a third day in the Bill Cosby sexual assault trial.

The charges date back to a 2004 encounter with former Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home, where he allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted her.

The 79-year-old Cosby faces three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault stemming from the encounter at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004.

The media presence, large but manageable during five days of testimony last week, has ballooned as the verdict seems near. However, she testified that she had been alone in a hotel room with Cosby beforehand, and that there were 72 calls between the two afterward. He's drawn throngs of cameras with his updates on Cosby's mood and assertions that the comedian isn't getting a fair shake. During an interview 12 years ago in NY at Cosby's lawyers' office, the comedian told Sargent Schaffer and two other investigators that he and Ms. Constand never experienced penetration. "They're tugging on the heart strings of nostalgia", said David La Torre, who ran Penn State's public relations during the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. "He's fighting for his personal and professional lives".

Just after they began their deliberations Monday, jurors asked to revisit a section of the transcript where Cosby described pills he gave to Constand the night of the alleged assault - ones he contends were Benadryl.
