Smith's side endured the frustration of having Monday's clash with Bangladesh abandoned due to rain, just days after their opening fixture against New Zealand was also washed out.

While Bangladesh slumped to an eight-wicket defeat against hosts England in the tournament opener, Australia's first match against New Zealand was largely affected by rain before it was eventually abandoned, and both the Trans-Tasman rivals earned a point each.

Australia looked set to clinch an easy win, making 83 for 1 at the end of 16 overs in their chase of 183, but rain did not let that happen. For Bangladesh, Tamim Iqbal who scored 128 is in form and apart from that they need others like Sarkar, Shakib, Mahmudullah to stand up with the bat and Mustafizur Rahman and Taskin need to fire if Bangladesh want to pose a challenge for Australia.

Australia, whose final group match is against England in Birmingham on June 10, were the victims of one of the all-time great upsets when Bangladesh beat them by five wickets in a one-day global in Cardiff in 2005.

LONDON, June 4 The Australian cricket board said it was comfortable with the level of security provided to their Champions Trophy team following Saturday night's attack in London that killed seven people.

On the bright side for Smith, his bowlers were more effective against Bangladesh after struggling to find their rhythm in the New Zealand match.

In the United Kingdom, this film made $15 million in its opening weekend and may earn a lot more in coming weeks. The Mummy looked its age, selling a relatively feeble $32.2 million in tickets for the movie's debut weekend.

Australia were bang on course for a crucial win after Bangladesh were skittled out for 182 off 44.3 overs. "I was happy to keep batting through the rain", he said.

"I think our team respond well to must-win games", Starc said.

"I think the pace has been fine for me", he said.

The momentum instantly swung again as Tamim responded with a six and two fours before sealing his own half-century in the 24th over, with his side 90 for three.

"They're obviously two very different teams to what we're going to come up against during the summer (in the Ashes), but there's a few familiar faces in both camps".
