That's as devastating a loss as we've seen in the LeBron James era for the Cleveland Cavaliers, as the defending NBA Champions find themselves on the brink of elimination in the 2017 NBA Finals.

ABC will broadcast the game live beginning at 8 p.m. In fact, no team in National Basketball Association history has ever rebounded from an 0-3 deficit to win a best-of-seven series.

The Warriors entered the game mindful of what had happened against the Cavs in Game Three of the Finals last season.

And although it appears James, playing in his seventh straight Finals, will again fall short of a championship, Cleveland's superstar isn't faulting the Warriors for adding Kevin Durant to a 73-win team.

Golden State finished the last 2:48 of the game on an 11-0 run as they rallied to beat the Wine and Gold, 118-113 to take a commanding 3-0 lead.

"It's not over. Job's not done", said Durant. The Cavaliers have also not been able to break Warriors' fantastic streak, as they have lost their last three matches.

He would have been thrilled by Durant, who was Golden State's biggest prize in the off-season, and the forward showed exactly why the Warriors were so keen to get him. I've never been in this position being up in The Finals and trying to close it out. The Cavs played an nearly ideal game and they still came up short, and that's hard for Cavs fans to admit, but it's true. The addition of Durant and a fully healthy lineup has propelled the Warriors to a 15-0 record in the playoffs. "I can't be disappointed with the effort and how we played, but they made the plays down the stretch that we didn't execute defensively or offensively, and they took advantage of it".

"They're a juggernaut of a team. We want to finish it here and forget this game quickly and lock in and get ready for a battle on Friday".

He's worn two Curry 4 colorways to date - a gold-white pattern in the first two games and a black-white design in the third contest.

Kevin Durant had been waiting his whole life to sink the 3-pointer that lifted Golden State over Cleveland and put him on the brink of an National Basketball Association championship.

"Even when you're playing well, you got to play A-plus-plus, because they're going to make runs and they're going to make shots and they got guys that's going to make plays". LeBron was masterful, putting up a triple double with 29 points, 11 rebounds and 14 assists.

"All I was looking at was the bottom of the net and I made sure my feet were behind the 3-point line". Cleveland is in an 0-3 hole, and they haven't been able to keep the Warriors from scoring like insane once in this series.

The Warriors have been led in the Finals by Kevin Durant, the ground-shaking free-agent acquisition from last season who was the 2014 MVP and has perhaps reshaped the Golden State-Cleveland rivalry forever.
