Apple updated its MacBook Pro laptops with Intel "Kaby Lake" processors today, and it also announced changes coming in the next version of the macOS: High Sierra.

The high-end desktop will have AMD Radeon Vega graphics with up to 16GB of VRAM.

If that doesn't make you drool, you can stop reading this bit now, but the long and short of it is that the iMac Pro looks set to be an extremely quick machine, and work great for demanding graphics, video, yes VR/AR, and that somewhat scary application, machine learning.

Both the 10.5-inch iPad Pro and the new 12.9-inch iPad Pro are powered by the A10X Fusion chip and feature a 50 percent brighter True Tone display and "ProMotion" technology. With the revolutionary Touch Bar™ with Touch ID®, gorgeous 500-nit Retina display, Thunderbolt 3 and incredible performance in a portable design, MacBook Pro is the best pro notebook Apple has ever made.

Judging by the demos we saw at WWDC, part of the thinking behind these upgrades is to finally get Apple a seat at the table in the realm of virtual reality.

James Comey Testifies At Senate Intelligence Committee Hearing
The confrontation came over the renewal of a domestic surveillance program whose legality Comey had strenuously questioned. He said that the "Flynn stuff" was "very far from any kind of coercion or influence and certainly not obstruction".

There's higher memory capacity: You can have 32GB of RAM for the 21.5-inch iMac, and 64GB of RAM for the 27-inch iMac. Touch Bar-equipped 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro models start at $1,799 and $2,399, respectively.

Apple has included the same camera setup in the next generation iPad Pro tablets as can be found in the iPhone 7. For the first time ever on a Mac, iMac Pro features 10Gb Ethernet for up to 10 times faster networking. As you might have guessed by the name, this is a pimped up version of your normal run of the mill iMac - but with workstation grade processors, ridiculous amounts of RAM (ECC, of course) and an insane price tag to boot. The iMac Pro is scheduled to ship in December starting at $4,999 in the U.S. That is just over ₹321,000. The iMac pro is in a attractive space gray finish and boasts impressively powerful statistics.

The updated 13-inch MacBook Pro features Kaby Lake processors up to 3.5 GHz Core i7 with Turbo Boost up to 4.0 GHz, and the 15-inch MacBook Pro goes up to 3.1 GHz Core i7 with Turbo Boost up to 4.1 GHz.

Powering user interaction with HomePod is Siri.

There was a colossal amount of new things announced at the WWDC 2017. The operating system, available as a free upgrade later this year, brings with it a smarter Safari, a revamped file system, and better graphics processing, including (surprise surprise) native VR support.
