The creep suspected of attacking a German tourist and sexually assaulting her when she passed out was busted in upstate NY on Thursday, cops said.
Keon Robinson, 28, a level-three sex offender, was arrested in Schenectady by the NYPD's Fugitive Task Force seven days after Robinson allegedly carried out the brutal attack on the 31-year-old victim, cops said.
On May 4, Robinson mugged and sexually assaulted the German tourist as she headed back to her Airbnb apartment at about 2:50 a.m., police said.
"Keon Robinson is in custody", NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said in a tweet Thursday morning.
In graphic footage released by police, Robinson can be seen sexually assaulting the woman as she lay on the sidewalk beside a heap of refuse.
Police say no sexual assault occurred during the other two robberies.
Of course the banks should pass the levy onto customers
That measure alone is expected to raise an additional $8.2 billion of taxes in its first two and a half years in operation. He says it buries the previous Abbott coalition government's 2014 budget that included deep and unpopular spending cuts.
Keon Robinson is escorted by police officers Thursday, May 11, 2017, in NY. "Robs a female and sexually assaulted her, as well".
On April 24, the suspect allegedly approached a 35-year-old woman on W. 130th Street at around 4 a.m. saying, "This could be easy".
Robinson is known to police, after serving jail time for a similar attack 10 years ago. He punched the woman in the face when she screamed, then reached into her trousers and groped her before fleeing, police said. He was captured on surveillance video at a Home Depot in the Bronx the next day using the woman's credit card. "She never cried. She never screamed, you know, 'Help!' No, I didn't hear nothing like that".
It was DNA from the trail of blood at the scene that led police from the convicted sex offender.
Robinson was arrested on charges of attempted rape, robbery, assault and sex abuse. "He violated his parole at some point in summer 2016 and did six months in jail for that".
