While the school attributed the suspensions to a violation of unspecified team rules, KATC-TV is reporting that all 13 of the players were arrested and charged with criminal conspiracy to commit felony theft stemming from an incident earlier this month.

The victim said yes, and that he planned to view a surveillance video to determine who robbed the place, at which point Magee admitted to taking items that included an X-box video game system, six X-box games, Gucci brand flip-flops and an Onyx brand bluetooth speaker, the spokesman said. Upon hearing that, Magee left and returned with several, but not all, of the stolen items.

The affidavit states that Magee poked his head through the door of the apartment after the victims realized their apartment had been burglarized and the victims of the apartment immediately recognized Magee.

Magee was a part of the 2016 LSU team that finished the year with an 8-4 record.
