State police say 37-year-old Steve Stephens was found Tuesday in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Before murdering Godwin, Stephens had written on his Facebook page that he wanted to kill someone out of rage toward his ex-girlfriend.

Beginning with a gunshot, ending in 127-characters; a tweet from the Pennsylvania State Police ended a nightmare 48-hour, nationwide pursuit for Steve Stephens.

The chase lasted 2 miles, and troopers managed to disable Stephens' auto, state police said.

"We would have preferred it not ended this way", Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said.

Following a brief police pursuit, Stephens died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

In the video, Stephens named a woman and tells the victim, Robert Godwin Sr., that "she's the reason that this is about to happen toyou".

More videos of Stephens surfaced after the killing, where he claimed he had "snapped" and killed 13 people.

"He was just a no problem person at all, compared to a lot of people", said Cynthia Coley, a former neighbor.

Stephens' victim was walking home from an Easter meal with his family when he was murdered, his family said.

"I'm not happy he's dead at all, not at all".

"I feel bad. The last thing that he would have said was my name and (he) didn't know me or why he was saying it".

The manhunt for the Ohio Facebook killer is over.

The order came through the McDonald's drive-thru window in Harborcreek Township, Pennsylvania: Chicken McNuggets and a side of fries.

It appears that a tip-off led police to finding his vehicle in a McDonalds parking lot this morning, after which police briefly pursued Stephens.

To buy time, DuCharme gave Stephens his nuggets and told him his fries would take an extra minute.

Through their tears, several of Godwin's children said they held no animosity against Stephens.

Monday evening, Facebook announced that it was launching a review for reporting harmful content.

Regarding the chilling video, Williams said Tuesday, "This is something that should not have been shared around the world. Period", Cleveland's police chief said. Cleveland.com was streaming it on Facebook live. Stephens is armed and risky, police said.

One of Godwin's daughters, Debbie Godwin, said she wished Stephens had been captured.

Now, detectives will try to retrace the steps of Steve Stephens and determine where he had been since the shooting started all of this on Sunday.
